CTR Sarl, a maritime consignment agency, was created in 2009 by Mr. Etienne GNAVO in Cotonou, in the Republic of Benin, and has since expanded with branches in Lomé (Togo),Tema and Takoradi (Ghana). The agency was created in response to increased demand in the local market, compounded by piracy attacks in Beninese waters. As a result, shipowners and charterers sought refuge in Togolese waters for greater safety. CTR Sarl quickly adapted and reopened its Lomé port branch in 2011 to meet the needs of shipowners.
Specializing in harbor assistance services for tankers (oil tankers, gas and chemical product carriers), CTR Sarl has become an internationally renowned company.
